Frequently Asked Questions

❓ When will I receive my juices?
Deliveries go out once a week based on your location (Dundas or Port Dover). Tuesday will be Port Dover and Thursday will be Dundas

❓ How do I choose my juices each week?
You’ll receive a Google Form by email weekly to select your juice lineup. You can change it every week!

❓ What if I’m outside the 20km delivery zone?
Delivery is free within 20km of our shops. If you're outside this zone, there is a $40 delivery fee with a max of 30km from each shop location.

❓ Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Yes! You’re in control. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel anytime from your account.
